Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how MySpace NYC, Inc. ("MySpace NYC," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and safeguards information in connection with the internal platform known as RealtyHunter 2.0 ("RH2" or the "Platform").

1. Scope

RH2 is an internal business platform used by MySpace NYC employees, contractors, agents, landlords, and authorized service providers to manage real-estate transactions, commissions, payments, and related records. It is not a public-facing consumer product.

2. Information We Collect

• Account information — name, email, role, and authentication data for users of the Platform.
• Transaction data — rental and sale deal records, commissions, payments to landlords, and related accounting data.
• Integration data — data pulled from third-party services we integrate with on behalf of MySpace NYC, including Tipalti (payments), Mailgun (email), Knack (legacy CRM), and Intuit QuickBooks Online (accounting and vendor records).
• Usage and diagnostic data — logs, error traces, and operational telemetry used to keep the Platform running reliably and securely.

3. How We Use Information

• To operate, maintain, and improve RH2.
• To process real-estate transactions, cut commission checks, and reconcile accounts.
• To synchronize records with authorized third-party systems connected by MySpace NYC administrators.
• To enforce access controls and investigate suspected misuse.

4. QuickBooks Online Data

When a MySpace NYC administrator connects a QuickBooks Online company to RH2, we request read-only access to vendor, bill, and company metadata within the authorized scope (com.intuit.quickbooks.accounting). We use this data only to populate RH2's internal Subscriptions & Costs tracker and to reconcile vendor payments. We do not sell, rent, or share QuickBooks data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising or any purpose outside of MySpace NYC's internal operations.

Administrators can disconnect the QuickBooks integration at any time from the RH2 Subscriptions page, which revokes the long-lived refresh token.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only: (a) with the third-party services MySpace NYC has chosen to integrate (listed above), each under its own contractual obligations; (b) with authorized MySpace NYC personnel on a need-to-know basis; or (c) when required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.

6. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted transport (HTTPS), secret-rotation discipline, role-based access control, and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to continuously harden the Platform.

7. Data Retention

We retain operational data for as long as MySpace NYC continues to use RH2 or as required by applicable law, tax, or accounting regulations. Integration access tokens are revoked when an administrator disconnects the corresponding service.

8. Your Rights

Because RH2 is an internal tool, direct privacy requests from end users should be routed through MySpace NYC's administrators at the contact below. MySpace NYC will honor applicable rights of access, correction, and deletion consistent with its recordkeeping obligations.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to MySpace NYC administrators and reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
