These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of the MySpace NYC internal platform known as RealtyHunter 2.0 ("RH2" or the "Platform"), operated by MySpace NYC, Inc. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
RH2 is an internal business system. Access is granted only to MySpace NYC employees, contractors, agents, landlords, and other parties expressly authorized by MySpace NYC administrators. Unauthorized access is prohibited.
RH2 integrates with third-party services including but not limited to Tipalti, Mailgun, Knack, Google Workspace, and Intuit QuickBooks Online. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the respective third party's terms. MySpace NYC is not responsible for outages, data loss, or pricing changes imposed by third parties.
Administrators who connect a QuickBooks Online company to RH2 represent that they are authorized to do so. RH2 uses read-only access to vendor, bill, and company-metadata endpoints solely to populate internal tracking and reconciliation features. Administrators may disconnect the integration at any time, which revokes RH2's refresh token and stops further data pulls.
Data entered into or integrated with RH2 by MySpace NYC remains the property of MySpace NYC. Users grant MySpace NYC the rights necessary to store, process, and analyze that data in the course of operating the Platform.
RH2 is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Accounting figures, commission calculations, and payment statuses surfaced by RH2 are for internal reference only and do not replace MySpace NYC's official books of record, which remain the source of truth.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MySpace NYC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Platform.
MySpace NYC may suspend or terminate access at any time for breach of these Terms or for operational reasons. Upon termination, user access and active integrations will be disabled.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
